I'm going to be posting a series of posts covering two dear subjects: the presuppositional method of philosophy/apologetics and the theonomic approach to ethics and government. A lot of visitors to this blog are either not theology geeks or have been brought up in Church environments where this sort of thought is unheard of.
Teaching these things is important to me because they are an important part of how I try to live my life, and I see them as the best hope for an effective Evangelical and Reformed impact in society. I think the Church in the West is in desperate need of reform, and I think these ideas are crucial to the blueprint.
I'm going to take it really slowly with each subject, and probably will not get terribly deep. There's plenty to read should I succeed in whetting appetites.
