What Happens Here

Given that johnnydrums.com has a news page, I've decided that this blog will replace my "essays" page.

Yes, there will be articles on drumming and music, but most of my writing (including the drumming and music stuff) flows from world and life view issues as they relate to Biblical Christianity.

"Every Square Inch" refers to a quote by Abraham Kuyper: "There is not a single square inch in the universe over which King Jesus does not say, 'Mine!'" I believe that whole-heartedly and seek to live my life accordingly.

Some of the topics on which I like to touch include: Art & Worship, Apologetics, Theonomy, Postmillennialism, Liturgics, Practicing, Ostinato Drumming, Prog-rock, Politics, Curb Your Enthusiasm and Tasty Cocktails.
